Christine L.N. Pedrina is a memoirist and healing practitioner whose life journey has taken her from Hawaiʻi to Las Vegas and back home again. After building a career in law enforcement and raising her family, Christine embarked on a deeply personal path of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth.

She is a Reiki Master in Traditional Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, and Holy Fire Reiki, and is also certified in sound healing and guided meditation facilitation. Her journey later led her to Hilot Binabaylan, an ancient Filipino healing tradition that deepened her understanding of the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Christine is also the creator of MeaLaʻa Healing Sanctuary, where she holds space for others as they reconnect with themselves and discover their own path toward healing.

Through her writing and healing work, Christine shares a message she has learned through her own life: healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about remembering who you have always been.
